White Widow Carla Patullo

White Widow

White Widow (Carla Patullo) is an artist who creates both songs and score ranging from gritty electronic rock to full orchestral soundscapes. Her new EP, Omens (Telepictures/Warner Brothers Music), showcases this range mixed with lovelorn lyrics and angsty rock vocals. Her music is featured in the award winning film Spa Night, which premiered earlier this year at Sundance, as well as the award winning animation Cinderella, A Shadow Ballet. Her new single “The Ocean” is nominated for a 2016 Hollywood Music in Media Award.

THE WALL STREET JOURNAL described her music as “angst-drenched indie rock that ranges from the bombasitc to intimate...”

CURVE MAGAZINE writes “Patullo [White Widow] exudes a ballsy, rock chick vibe and her music is infectious and mainstream-friendly. You always get the feeling she is one step away from going over the edge, but she never does.”
